FOR SHIPMENT
How it works
Three stops from the shipping papers to a finished entry.
EntryWharf sits in a panel beside your customs website. It reads the documents and types into the declaration you already have open. You stay logged in as you, and nothing is sent to Customs until you press submit.
Snap the papers
Photograph or upload the bill of lading and commercial invoice. A phone photo is fine, and several pages work too.
Check the details
Everything EntryWharf read is laid out for you. Anything it wasn't sure of is marked in amber, and each line gets a suggested tariff code.
Fill the declaration
One click fills the header, a second fills every goods line. Look it over, then submit it on CAPS yourself.
Who it's for
For anyone who files entries every week.
Shops & importers
You bring in your own stock and file your own entries. Get your afternoons back.
Busy import desks
Several people filing entries? Everyone works from one account and one bill, and you can see who filed what.
Customs brokers & forwarders
Dozens of entries a week for different clients. Up to ten users, built for volume.
Your entry, your signature
A helper at the desk, not a robot filing in your name.
A customs declaration is a legal document, so EntryWharf is built to keep you in charge of it from start to finish.
- Your customs login stays yoursYou sign in to CAPS as normal. EntryWharf never sees or stores that password.
- You always press submitIt fills the form and stops. Nothing goes to Customs until you've checked it.
- Unsure means amberHard-to-read values and tariff suggestions are flagged, never quietly guessed.
- Your documents aren't keptPhotos are read and then discarded. We don't store your shipping papers.
- It keeps up with CustomsWhen a form changes, EntryWharf notices and updates itself, usually before you'd notice anything.
Why we built it
"We were retyping the same bill of lading into CAPS for every shipment. So we built the thing we wanted."
EntryWharf started at a working print shop in Tortola that imports its own stock. It's made by people who wait for the same boats and use the same customs system you do. We're starting with BVI CAPS, with other Caribbean customs systems on the way.
Rates

Questions
Good to know
Does EntryWharf submit the entry or pay my duties?
No. It fills the paperwork. You review it, submit it on CAPS, and pay Customs at the port the same way you do now.
Do I need to change how I use CAPS?
No. You log in and start a declaration as usual. EntryWharf opens in a panel beside it and types into the form for you.
What if a photo is blurry or a value is unclear?
Anything EntryWharf isn't sure about is marked amber, both in the panel and on the form, so you know exactly what to check against the paper.
Are the tariff codes guaranteed?
They're suggestions to save you looking them up, and they're always flagged for you to confirm. You remain responsible for what you declare.
Can my staff use the same account?
Yes. Business includes 3 users and Broker includes 10, all on one bill. Invite them from your account page.
Which computers and browsers work?
Windows or Mac with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Internet Explorer isn't supported.
